This is a picture of Mr. Buttons, the Australian Shepherd of a person very close to the DoggyLips family. The portrait style was influenced by the work of French impressionist Pierre-Auguste Renoir who wasn't exactly known for his portraits of dogs, but we do think he may have done one something like this.
